Shyam Kumar5 StarI recently experienced a skylight leak due to heavy rainfall over the past few days. Turning to Google, I searched for local roofers and found John. After explaining the problem to him, he arrived promptly within half an hour. John wasted no time, promptly climbing onto my roof to assess the situation. Not only did he identify and seal the leaks for the short term, but he also went above and beyond by taking it upon himself to clear my gutters and secure loose nails.
Throughout the entire process, John maintained clear communication, ensuring I understood the issues at hand and the steps he was taking to address them. His proactive approach and dedication to providing exceptional service truly came through in the clutch.
What truly impressed me was John's refusal to accept payment for his services initially. However, I insisted on compensating him for his outstanding work. This level of professionalism and genuine care for the customer experience is rare to find. I couldn't be more satisfied with the service John provided.
