Brian helped us out considerably! Our original contractor abandoned our project at the last phase, leaving a 2-3 story addition without siding. Brian Carpenter and his project manager Brandon Buhr studied the project, repaired deficiencies (including gutter work), and, with the help of their very capable team, installed Hardie-plank siding, completed a screened-in porch (with TimberTech) and roof deck and repainted the original section in fewer than four business days. We literally sleep easier because of their care, attention to detail and competency. I've no doubt the project looks better than initially intended because of Semper West.

I have used Semper West numerous times since 2012….new roof and replacing skylights, covering front wood with metal siding to protect from carpenter bees, and building a frame around the exterior of heating/ac unit. Work is excellent and reasonable pricing. I’m appreciative that they take small and large projects. Brian is trustworthy and kind. His employees are professional and thorough in their work.
