Called Cesar a few months back about a major renovation of the exterior of the townhome, including complete roof, fascia board and soffit replacement, plus gutter. Compared with a few other contractor's quotes, Mendez's is the most competitive. Now that the weather is warmer, I scheduled the work with Cesar. We discussed all the details of the project and Cesar addressed all the concerns meticulously. The job took almost a week to complete and work is outstanding. Now the exterior is almost looking new again. Cesar stayed communicative during the job process and kept me posted of the progress. At the end he also went one step further to fix up the siding issue without additional charge! Just one outstanding company, this will be the place to call next time I have any exterior issue!

Reached out to Cesar and his company regarding several windows on my townhouse that had wood rot that needed repair. Cesar answered my call and coordinated with our schedule to visit the house within a couple of days. He gave us a more than fair quote and provided us the schedule for when the repair would take place. His company showed up exactly when they said they would and took care of everything better than new within a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use his company again!

thank you Mendez Remodeling LLC. Cesar was very quick and came by my house to inspect my issue the same day I requested. I had my rake board on my roof replaced within the same week of requested, had to meet a deadline for my HOA, and Cesar and his staff really came through and did a great job, also went above and beyond to take care of my request and more without charging extra. If you are looking for a heart warming business to work with and have your roof etc worked on this is the business to work with. I can't express how kind and hard working they are, very STRAIGHT FORWARD with pricing and no HIDDEN FEES, or charging EXTRA FEES for small things like most companies. If you need to discuss pricing or anything else Cesar is very happily to discuss the best options for you. Lastly, and most importantly very honest and kind individuals. Thank you, Cesar for making me feel comfortable and giving off such family feeling. I appreciate you and your staff's courteous work ethic and moral. I will definitely call Cesar for our roof work again.

Our roof had a slight leak we discovered during a rainstorm. We called and made an appointment for an inspection the following day. Cesar arrived timely and efficiently identified the problem, showing us pictures of the leak. He quickly fixed the leak same-day and we haven't had an issue since! Great customer service and very professional. Highly recommend for roof leaks!
