Impeccable service and quality! They helped me get my roof for $500- the deductible for my insurance, upgraded my shingles to Architectural shingles, and installed a free new sunroof when light debris from the old wood fell from the old sunroof and they didn’t like it’s integrity! Clean up was outstanding. Refreshing to find a company with this type of honesty and intergrity!

Their garage floor crew did an excellent job. Took care of some huge cracks, and the . Polyurea/polyaspartic (sp?) coating is simply amazingly durable. Engine lift and metal wheeled floor jack don’t mark it at all. Gas, oil, etc no effect whatsoever. Floor is still perfect and looks new 1 year later, and yes they did it in January! Salesman was wonderful to deal with, as was the install crew. I’m used to doing everything myself, they were not a cheap way to go, but you definitely get your moneys worth. Highly recommend.

DC Generals provided a stunning, solid epoxy in our two car garage townhome. They allowed us to mix in some glow in the dark flakes with our color selection and the results were magic. My husband loves that the floor glows when the lights are out. They sprayed up along the poured concrete knee wall and on our wooden steps making for a professional, polished and seamless look. Happy husband!

Initially I was hesitant about dealing with a company that was based in another state. I checked them out and everything seemed good. So, I went for it. They were awesome! My roof looks beautiful. The whole roof had to be replaced. They worked with my insurance company so all I had to pay was the deductible. I am very happy with my experience and would recommend DC Generals Roofing.

Overall, we had a decent experience with DC Generals. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The crew was polite and easy to talk to. Our roof looked great right after it was completed, but after a few weeks we noticed some imperfections. We were told that plywood would be replaced if needed, but none of it was. In one spot, there was a "hole" that was not there before and in another section the shingles were peaking. When I brought this to their attention, the hole was fixed but they told me the peaking could not be fixed. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. I am in a town house and my roof is the newest in the row, but doesn't look that way. When we decided to make more upgrades, we went with another company.
