Choosing a contractor can be overwhelming. Especially when multiple people knock on your door weekly to tell you that you’re missing many shingles on your roof, followed by intense pressure to schedule a quote on the spot. Most are sales people that don’t know the first thing about roofing. Those people we quickly sent on their way. Then there was Jon. A true contractor that could speak the language and did not pressure. My husband told him when to come back and he did. He did his work, alongside two other selected contractors/sales people that day, and then we waited for the quotes. Apex Solar + Roofing was the only one of the three that followed up by phone and email - offering to answer questions and providing next steps on how to submit a claim to insurance. I ask a lot of questions! And Dana was very responsive and patient in helping me. She even participated on the call with our insurance company. I was certain we wouldn’t see a penny from insurance for the repairs but she was not worried - assured me that Jon is very good and he will follow up with them, he will get it done. Get it done he did! Roof was fully covered! We are so grateful for his and Dana’s professionalism in working with us and our insurance company. Jon came out to the house with samples and helped us pick the best color - so many choices, sensory overload for me! Together we picked the perfect shingles! It really was a seamless process. Once committed to the job, the shingles came in two days and the crew was out the next! All done in one day and it looks beautiful!! We are so happy with the work and with everyone we worked with at Apex! Save yourself the trouble when you’re in need of a new roof. No need to call around - just call them!

Carlos Monico did a great job getting us set-up and dealing with the insurance company. The install crew did a great job installing our new roof in one day and cleaning up all the old materials. The materials and processes were top notch upon inspection.
